titleOfInvention | Method of producing cadmium sulfide nano-stick array |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for cadmium sulphide nanometer rod array, comprising the steps as follow: (a) a transparent conductive substrate is cleaned off the oil pollution and then is processed through ultrasound in acetone, ethanol and deionized water, and finally is dried; (b) cadmium chloride and sublimed sulfur are dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide under 90 DEG C to 120DEG C, and water is added into and mixed with the mixture into transparent solution; (c) the substrate is arranged into the solution which is obtained from the step(b) under the three electrode system, and the cadmium sulphide crystal seed is settled on the substrate; (d) the cadmium precursors and the sulfur precursors are dissolved in water to be made into solution; and (f) the substrate which is settled with cadmium sulphide is arranged into the solution obtained from the step(d) and then is heated, and the substrate is washed with water after full reaction. The invention has the advantage of simple technology, thereby being suitable to prepare electronic device directly and being easy for generalization and use. |
