abstract | The present invention provides thin-type optical lens with small optical deformation and good stability of surface precision. The diameter of the optical lens is below 10mm, of which flange part is combined by lens part through dent part and characterized in that the depth of the flange part is below 0.5mm, the depth of the dent part is below 0.4mm and thinner than the flange part. The optical lens is formed by injection of cyclic olefin line resin which index constant n is above 0.3 when melting viscosity is expressed from modified Model Cross showed in the above formula (1).Therein, Eta represents melting viscosity <Pa.s> when the temperature is T<K> and shear velocity is Gamma<1/s>; (Eta0) represents corrective term considering the effect of temperature; (Tau*) represents corrective term of shear velocity; B represents constant; (Tb) represents corrective term of temperature. |
