abstract A light-diffusing resin composition is provided. The light-diffusing resin composition comprises a matrix resin containing a conjugated diene rubber resin. The matrix resin may be prepared by graft polymerization of a monomer mixture or a copolymer of an alkyl methacrylate or an alkyl acrylate, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinylcyan compound onto a conjugated diene rubber resin. The light-diffusing resin composition has advanced mechanical properties, such as high impact resistance and improved processibility.
