Process for production of InP microparticle and InP microparticle dispersion solution produced by the process |
abstract |
Disclosed are a process for producing an InP microparticle in a nanometer size advantageously with good efficiency in a short period of time on an industrial scale; and an InP microparticle dispersion solution. A process for producing an InP microparticle comprising reacting an In-source material comprising at least two In compounds with a P-source material comprising at least one P compound in a solvent to yield an InP microparticle, at least one first In compound having a group which, for the formation of the In-P binding, can react with a functional group on a P compound having a P atom adjacent to an In atom to cause detachment of the functional group on the P compound and at least one second In compound in which the electron density of an In atom therein is lower than that in the first In compound being used as the at least two In compounds, and a Lewis basic solvent being used as the solvent; and an InP microparticle dispersion solution produced by the process. |
