abstract The present invention provides a fusion body of a protein transduction domain (PTD), an oxygen-dependent protein degradation domain (ODD) of a hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) and a human tumor suppressor gene, the expression product of the present invention is the recombinant fusion protein, which can restrain the tumor cell growth, and can metabolize rapidly in the normal cells and slowly in the tumor cells, thus exerting the function of antitumor. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of the recombinant fusion protein.
