The invention provides a process for shaping keratin fibers by combining a fixing composition and a heating means. The process shapes keratin fibers, preferably human keratin fibers, especially the hair, and comprises the following two main steps: a step wherein a cosmetic composition comprising at least one anionic fixing polymer and at least one nonionic compound selected from fatty alcohols, polyols, and silicones selected from polyorganosiloxanes having polyethyleneoxy groups and/or polypropyleneoxy groups is applied to keratin fibers (here, the ratio of the anionic fixing polymer to the nonionic compound is larger than 1; and a step wherein, after an optional action time, the keratin fibers are placed in contact with a heating means capable of shaping the keratin fibers. |
