abstract The present invention relates to the to have general formula trinucleated 1-[(indol-3-yl of (I)) carbonyl] bridged piperazine derivatives: formula I wherein X be CHn 2 , O or S; R represents 1-3 substituent group, and it is independently selected from H, (Cn 1-4 ) alkyl, (Cn 1-4 ) alkoxyl and halogen; Rn 1 Be (Cn 5-8 ) cycloalkyl; Rn 2 Be H or (Cn 1-4 ) alkyl; Rn 3 , Rn 3 ', Rn 4 ' Rn 4 ', Rn 5 , Rn 5 ' and Rn 6 ' be hydrogen or (C independentlyn 1-4 ) alkyl, the latter is randomly by (Cn 1-4 ) alkoxyl, OH or halogen replace; Rn 6 Be hydrogen or (Cn 1-4 ) alkyl, the latter is randomly by (Cn 1-4 ) alkoxyl, OH or halogen replace; Or Rn 6 And Rn 7 Form the saturated heterocycle of 4-7 unit together, it randomly contains other hetero atom that is selected from O and S; Rn 7 And Rn 6 Form the saturated heterocycle of 4-7 unit together, it randomly contains other hetero atom that is selected from O and S; Or Rn 7 Be H, (Cn 1-4 ) alkyl or (Cn 3-5 ) cycloalkyl, alkyl is randomly by OH, halogen or (Cn 1-4 ) the alkoxyl replacement; Or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.The invention still further relates to pharmaceutical composition, it comprises described trinucleated 1-[(indol-3-yl) carbonyl] bridged piperazine derivatives, and relate to these derivants in the application of treatment in the pain, peri-operation period pain for example, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, cancerous pain is with pain and the spasm relevant with multiple sclerosis.
