titleOfInvention | Liquid ejection head, liquid ejection device, and liquid ejection method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a liquid ejection head having a nozzle for ejecting liquid, a flat nozzle plate in which the nozzle is disposed, a cavity for containing the liquid to be ejected from an ejection hole of the nozzle, a pressure generation section for causing the liquid in the nozzle to have pressure to form a liquid meniscus in the ejection hole of the nozzle, an electrostatic voltage application section for applying an electrostatic voltage between the liquid in the cavity and a base material to produce electrostatic suction force, and an operation control section for controlling both the application of the electrostatic voltage by the electrostatic voltage application section and the application of a drive voltage that drives the pressure generation section. The volume resistivity of the nozzle plate is 10<15> Om or greater. |
