The present invention is a dispensing utensil (10) having a conventional implement end (12) and a sealable chamber (15) containing ingredients in the handle (11). The dispensing utensil can be manufactured, filled and assembled relatively more easily and cheaply than tube-shaped dispensing utensils because of the use of a two part pliable top wall (19) and a substantially shell shaped elongate handle body. |
