It makes cow serum albumin powder, insulin powder, catalase powder, sodium selenite powder and di-sulfhydryl alcohol solution as raw materials, and be prepared into serum free culture medium suitable for cell suspension culture by certain process. The serum free culture medium suitable for wall sticking culture is prepared by adding cell fibrous joints protein on the basis of said process, the wall sticking promoting factor for prespreading on the bottom of the culture bottom is also processed. The invention enables the cell to maintain normal growth by excluding the serum interference, therefore, the experiment result is more scientific and accurate, in addition, it has a favorable repeatability.
