titleOfInvention Active matrix substrate, method for manufacturing same, electro-optical device and electronic apparatus
abstract The invention provides the manufacture method of an active matrix substrate, etc. The method comprises following steps: forming grid pattern wrings (40, 42, 46) on a substrate, wherein any wiring (42) in a first or a second direction is intercepted in a crossing section (56); forming a stacked section consisting of an insulating film and a semiconductor film on a portion of the crossing section (56) and the wirings (40, 42, 46); and forming a conductive layer (49) electrically connected with the intercepted wiring (42) on the stacked section and a pixel electrode (45) electrically connected with the wiring (42) through a semiconductor film (30). The formation step of the conductive layer (49) and the pixel electrode (45) comprises a step of forming a bank partitioning the pixel electrode (45) and the conductive layer (49) by a droplet discharge method; and a step of disposing a functional liquid containing a conductive material to a region partitioned by the bank. The invention can reduce the frequency of the combined procedures of dry method and lithography.
