abstract | The invention relates to acid anhydride modified phenolic resin, a manufacture method thereof, and a photoresist composition containing the acid anhydride modified phenolic resin. The invention also relates to a method for producing LCD circuits by using the photoresist composition and LCD circuit elements produced through the method. By using the acid anhydride modified phenolic resin of the invention, and the obtained photoresist composition can have better light sensitivity, adhesiveness, heat resistance, film remaining ratio, adhesiveness with base plates, and line width uniformity of circuits, thereby the invention is more suitable for industrial production. |
