titleOfInvention Extraction and rectification separation method for normal hexane and methyl cyclopentane
abstract The present invention relates to a method for extracting, rectifying and separating hexane and methyl cyclopentane, which comprises: a raw material (industrial hexane) and extracting and rectifying solvent (dimethyl phthalate) are added to an extracting and rectifying tower according to a certain mixture ratio; after separation, high-purity hexane is generated at a tower top, and solvent (dimethyl phthalate and methyl cyclopentane) is generated at a tower kettle; materials at the tower is fed in a solvent regenerating tower for distillation operation, and a generating product at the tower top is methyl cyclopentane; the generating product (methyl cyclopentane) at the tower top is further purified to obtain high-purity methyl cyclopentane. The solvent (dimethyl phthalate) at the tower kettle is sent back to the extracting and rectifying tower to be recycled. The certain mixture ratio is: the quality flow ratio of the raw material to the solvent is 1 to (3 to 5). By using the present invention, methyl cyclopentane in the raw material can be recovered, the recovery rate is at least 90%, and the hexane product of which the purity is at least 98% can be obtained. The solvent (dimethyl phthalate) for extraction and rectification can be recycled. Compared with a conventional method, the product has the advantages of high purity, high recovery rate, low energy consumption and no environmental pollution.
