titleOfInvention Extraction process of effective Chuanxiong component
abstract The present invention relates to an extraction method of effective ingredients of hemlock parsley, which belongs to the technical field of plant effective ingredient extraction processes. The extraction method comprises two extraction steps: A) volatile oil and fatsoluble effective ingredients in hemlock parsley are extracted by a supercritical pure carbon dioxide fluid; B) polar effective ingredients in the dregs of hemlock parsley after being extracted by the supercritical fluid are extracted by a solvent percolation method. The extraction method utilizes the characteristic of a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid for efficiently extracting volatile oil and fatsoluble effective ingredients and simultaneously utilizes the excellent performance of the aqueous solution of an ethanol isopolar solvent for extracting polar compounds to effectively separate and extract ferulic acid, ligustrazine and other active ingredients in hemlock parsley.
