titleOfInvention | Composite TiO2-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst and its preparing process |
abstract | The present invention discloses a compound nano TiO2-TiO2 photocatalyst. The compound nano TiO2-TiO2 photocatalystcomprises raw materials of the proportion by molar ratio: 1 portion of titanate, 0.2 to 30 portions of deionized water, 0.2 to 30 portions of hydrolyzation inhibitors, 0.5 to 50 portions of diluting agent and 0.1 to 10 portions of titanium dioxide. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the compound nano TiO2-TiO2 photocatalyst, which comprises the following steps: (1) the titanate, the deionized water, the hydrolyzation inhibitors and the diluting agents of the molar ratio of the raw materials are put into a reactor and thoroughly stirred to have a reaction at the temperature of 20 to 50 DEG C for 2 to 40 hours, and then, sol is obtained; (2) nano titanium dioxide powder is added to the sol, and ultrasonic vibration is carried out for 1 to 20 hours for dispersion; (3) compound sol is coated on the surface of a carrier and dried at the temperature of 40 to 180 DEG C; (4) the carrier is ignited at the temperature of 200 to 700 DEG C after carrying. The compound nano TiO2-TiO2 photocatalyst prepared by the preparation method effectively increases loading performance and a firm extent on the surface of the carrier. The photodegradation efficiency of the photocatalyst to organic waste gas, oxynitride, and the like in the atmosphere is enhanced. |
