titleOfInvention Doxycycline hydrochloride freeze-dried power prepn. for injection, and process for preparing same
abstract The present invention provides a doxycycline hydrochloride freeze-dried preparation used for injection and a preparing method thereof. The freeze-dried preparation of the present invention is composed of active component doxycycline hydrochloride and pharmaceutic adjuvant materials of vitamin C and glycine. Each component has the weight ratio: 50 to 250 of doxycycline hydrochloride, 200 to 1000 of vitamin C and 200 to 1500 of glycine. In the preparing method, the materials are added as the quantity of a prescription, and sterile water for injection is added to about 80% of the whole quantity for dissolution; then, water for injection is added to the whole quantity for uniformly stirring; 0.1%(w/v) of medicinal carbon is added for stirring, rough filtration and decarbonizing; finally, the materials are dividually loaded and freeze-dried after the fine filtration by a phi 0.22 mu m of sterile filter membrane is carried out. The doxycycline hydrochloride used for injection of the present invention has the advantages of reasonable prescription, stable quality, convenient use and superior therapeutic effect, and overcomes the side effect, such as nausea, vomit, diarrhea, etc., which are generated in general. The present invention has extensive prospect.
