titleOfInvention Selective catalytic reducing NOx catalyst based on MnOx/TiO2 system at low-temperature and production thereof
abstract The present invention discloses a catalyst for the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NOx based on a MnOx/TiO2 system, which comprises the raw materials of the volume ratio: titanium alcoxyl compounds: alcohol solvent: water: protonic acid=1: (1 to 2): (0.05 to 0.5): (0.01 to 0.5); the added quantity of manganese soluble salts is fixed by the method that the molar ratio of Mn in the manganese soluble salts and Ti in the titanium alcoxyl compounds is from 0.01 to 1; soluble salts of transition metal elements are also added into the raw materials, and the added quantity is fixed by the method that the molar ratio of transition metal elements and Ti in the titanium alcoxyl compounds is from 0.001 to 0.4. The present invention also discloses a preparation method of the catalyst, which comprises: a sol-gel method is adopted, the raw materials are added and mixed until sol is converted into gel, and then, the gel is dried, ground and roasted at a high temperature. The catalyst prepared by the preparation method has the advantages that the operating temperature of SCR is reduced, and the NO removing rate reaches more than 90% at the temperature of 150 DEG C in the SCR process by adopting NH3 as a reducing agent.
