titleOfInvention | Polyurethane rigid foam material for external thermal insulation system of external wall |
abstract | The present invention provides a polyurethane hard-bubble outer thermal insulation system material for outer walls, which is characterized in that the system material comprises polyurethane moistureproof base paint, a polyurethane hard-bubble body material, an interfacial agent, crack-resistance polymer cement mortar containing glass fiber grid cloth, and a paint veneer. In the present invention, all layers of the outer thermal insulation system material for outer walls are compatible and concordant with each other to be balanced so as to form an organic integral body. Deformation stress can be flexibly released among the material layers so as to effectively reduce cracks in the outer thermal insulation wall surface of the outer wall, so that the surface sprayed with the polyurethane hard-bubble bodies is smooth and does not have popcorn-shaped notches and bulges, and the foam sprayed layer has strong adhesive force with other layers so as to eliminate the phenomenon of multilayer cake-shaped shedding layers. |
