The present description provides compounds having the Formula I: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, wherein X1, X2, X11, X12, R1, R3, R5, R5', R6 and R7 are defined as indicated in the specification descriptive. The present description also refers to the use of compounds of Formula I to inhibit a USP1 protein and/or to treat a disorder that responds to the inhibition of USP1 proteins and USP1 activity. The compounds of the present disclosure are especially useful for the treatment of cancer. |
