THE PRESENT INVENTION FURTHER INCLUDES REAGENTS AND METHODS THAT USE GLYCEROL AT ALKALINE PH TO PROCESS BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES AND MAKE DNA USED IN PCR WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PURIFICATION OF THE SAMPLE.
