THE INVENTION PROVIDES A PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A WATERPROOF POLYMERIC SOLUTION THAT INCLUDES THE STAGES OF (A) PROVIDING A PREPARED HYDRATIONED POLYMER THROUGH POLYMERIZATION OF WATERPROOFED SOLUTIONS OF ETHYMONLY UNDERTAKED POLYMER IN COMMONLY MADE POLYMER PERFORMED PAYMENT; (B) CUT THE HYDRATIONED POLYMER BY SUBMITTING IT TO AT LEAST A CUTTING STAGE THAT INCLUDES AT LEAST A WATERPROOF LIQUID FLOW AT A PRESSURE OF AT LEAST 150 BAR TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE HYDRATIONED POLYMER, (C) DISSOLVE THE POLYMER WATER TO OBTAIN A WATERPROOF POLYMER SOLUTION. THE INVENTION ALSO REFERS TO AN APPLIANCE TO PRODUCE A WATERPROOF POLYMER SOLUTION. |
