abstract | <p> The present invention provides a 4-methoxy-pyrrole derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method of preparation thereof and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The 4-methoxy-pyrrole derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof according to the present invention not only have excellent proton pump inhibitory activity, gastric damage inhibition activity and defensive factor potentiation effects, but also have excellent eradication activity against H. pylori. Therefore, 4-methoxy-pyrrole derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof can be used effectively for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal damage due to ulcer of the gastrointestinal tract, gastritis, reflux esophagitis or H. pylori. In addition, 4-methoxy-pyrrole derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have inhibitory activities against GPCR and therefore can be used effectively for the prevention and treatment of diseases mediated by 5-HT receptor or mediated by muscarinic acetylcholine receptor. . </p> |
