titleOfInvention | In Vitro Drug Allergy Test Procedure |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the in vitro determination of disorders and diseases that are induced by a test substance, in particular a drug. The method includes the step of providing a blood sample, isolating agranulocytes from the blood sample and culturing the agranulocytes with at least one test substance. There is a simultaneous quantitative measurement of a large number of cytokines and/or cytotoxic molecules. The cultivation is carried out with starting cell densities between 3 × 10 5 cells per 0.2 ml and 8 × 10 5 cells per 0.2 ml. The present invention also relates to the use of cell output density for the foregoing. |
