A gun sight includes a housing, an artificial light source, a light transmission rod, and a mount. The housing is designed to be attached to a firearm. The artificial light source is carried in the housing. The light transmission rod is placed in a cavity of the housing and positioned adjacent to the artificial light source. The light transmission rod is designed to collect and transmit both ambient light and light from the artificial light source. The bracket removably engages the housing and fixes the light transmission rod in the cavity. Removing the bracket provides access to replace the light transmission rod. |
