abstract The invention relates to a sanitary arrangement with a flat water collecting body (1) and a discharge device (2) which is laterally connected to a housing (3) on a discharge side of the water collecting body (1), wherein the water collecting body (1) on its discharge side of a a bottom (6) of the water collecting body (1) upwardly extending side wall (7) which is interrupted in the region of the discharge device (2) to form a lateral discharge opening (8) of the water collecting body (1). According to the invention, the side wall (7) passes through an arc or a bend into an upper edge surface (10) offset from the bottom (6). The invention is also a sanitary wall installation with the described sanitary arrangement, wherein the drain device (2) is inserted into a wall or pretext, and wherein the side wall (7) of the water collecting body (1) is approximately flush to the wall or pretext.
