titleOfInvention | Process for producing synthetic taxanes. |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of synthetic taxanes in which the 7-OH group is protected with lanthanide compounds. Its advantages are a simple process and a firm and reliable bond. Furthermore, in the subsequent process in the 7-position, no acylate is formed, and the hydrolysis of the 2'-ester groups in the acylated products becomes easily controllable. In the processes for producing synthetic taxanes, tetrahydrafuran is used as the acylating medium in the present invention, which not only achieves the same effects as pyridine, but also avoids the odor, thereby solving the problem of extremely high demands on the production facility. The present invention can be used not only for the production of semisynthetic taxanes using natural taxanes as raw material but also for the production of fully synthetic taxanes. |
