titleOfInvention Method of stripping the vine and device for its implementation.
abstract The equipment for thinning out leaves of growing vines involves the generation of an air flow directed towards a row of plants, from which leaves are cut simultaneously ahead of the air flow. It comprises a casing on which at least one horizontal suppport (10) is fixed and connected to two vertical supports, so that they can move relatively along the longitudinal axis of the horizontal support. The horizontal support can move vertically in relation to the casing. The cutting unit (4) is constituted by a frame (6) provided with a deflector (7). The cutting tool is a rotary helicoidal knife. Detection devices (8) are provided for the position of the leaves.
