abstract Complexes of general formula (I), where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are the same or different and stand for hydrogen, methyl and X-(CH2)n-R7, where X stands for CH2 and C(O), n is a whole number between 1 and 4, and R7 stands for hydrogen, COOH and PO(OH)2, with paramagnetic transition metal cations and their salts with cations of strong bases can be used to manufacture substances for magnetic resonance diagnosis.
