Process for the preparation of a biological product for stimulating vitality of humans and animals |
abstract |
The biological product for stimulating vitality of humans and animals based on a bacterial culture liquid is prepared by fermentation of a nutrient medium which contains sources of carbon and nitrogen and mineral salts with a bacterial ferment. The latter is a complex of thermophilic bacteria of the genus Lactobacterium, Streptobacterium, and mesophilic bacteria of the genus Streptococcus, Azotobacterium shermanni, Bacterium acidipropionicum, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas. This complex results from symbiosis of the said microorganisms and adaptation thereof to the nutrient medium. The fermentation is carried out at a temperature from minus 5 to plus 15 DEG C for 24 to 36 hours and then at a temperature from plus 20 to plus 50 DEG C for 24 to 36 hours. The described product can be used in the food industry and in agriculture for activating the vitality of humans and animals. |
