titleOfInvention | 1H- and 2H-indazole derivatives |
abstract | Hypotensive 1H- and 2H-indazole derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> and their acid addition salts, where in the formula I R1 can be on the nitrogen atom in the 1-position or in the 2-position. The radicals R1, R2 and R3 denote hydrogen or customary low molecular weight radicals. The radical R is a 2-imidazolinylamino group or a 3,4,5,6-tetrahydro- pyrimidinylamino group, where these groups can also be present in their tautomeric forms. These groups can also be present on an aryl group in the radical R1, in which the radical R can then also be a halogen atom. For the 1H-indazole derivatives, R can only also denote one of the heterocyclic secondary or tertiary amino groups mentioned in the 4- or 7-position if the radical R1 is simultaneously an aryl or aralkyl group. |
