titleOfInvention Method for producing a rotor of a regenerative exchanger for moisture and/or heat
abstract The rotor is assembled from foils which are alternately constructed as planar and corrugated. The foils form a multiplicity of continuous parallel flow ducts for the gas stream. The foils consist of aluminium or a non-metallic substrate coated with aluminium. A porous layer of aluminium hydroxide is formed on the surfaces of the foils in at least one treatment operation by precipitation from a solution of sodium aluminate. The rotor has outstanding hygroscopic properties, the production method being simple and the material costs slight.
