Compounds of the formula I a <IMAGE> in which R1, R2 and Z have the meanings given in Patent Claim 1, B stands for -Gly-, -D-Ala-, -Sar- or -Pro-, D stands for -Phe-, -D-Phe-, -Tyr- or -D-Tyr-, E stands for -Met-X, -Leu-X, -Nle-X, -Nva-X, -Ile-X, methionine sulphoxide-X and the corresponding residues of the D-series X represents <IMAGE> or OR5, R3, R4 and R5 independently of one another stand for hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 5 C atoms or for -D- or -L-methioninol, -D- or -L-norleucinol, -D- or -L-norvalinol, -D- or -L-isoleucinol or -D- or -L-methioninol sulphoxide, are described. The preparation process is based on an appropriate peptide synthesis. These compounds can be used for the relief of pain conditions of all sorts of origin. |
