abstract There are prepared novel polypeptide derivatives of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R1, R2 and Z have the meanings given in Patent Claim 1, B represents -Gly-, -D-Ala-, -Sar- or -Pro-, D represents -Phe-, -D-Phe-, -Tyr- or -D-Tyr-, E represents -D- or -L-methionine or -D- or -L-methionine sulphoxide, and F represents one of the aminoalcohol residues defined in Patent Claim 1. These compounds can be used for the relief of pain conditions of all sorts of origin.
