titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of (N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidino)methylamine derivatives
abstract The compounds of formula: <IMAGE> in which R1 represents hydrogen or chlorine, are prepared by acylation of (N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidino)methylamine by means of an agent capable of giving up the group (C6H5)2C(R1)-CO-, for example an acid halide. The chlorine atom (R1) can then be replaced by a hydroxyl or alkoxy group. These compounds and their salts with acids can be used as medicaments for the treatment of cardiac rhythm disorders.
