titleOfInvention | Process for the preparation of polynucleotides |
abstract | Process for preparing polynucleotides by reacting alkyl esters of polyphosphoric acid with nucleotides or nucleosides pref. in presence of a cyclic tertiary nitrogenous base. Simpler process and yields better than known processes achieve. (15 to 20% compared with 3 - 5% for known processes). Higher degrees of polymerisation obtained. The compounds may be used as bacteriostats or for the mutation of viruses. Also useful as adjuvants to increase the titre of antigens. |
