abstract |
(A) Cpds. of formula (I) and their alkali(ne earth) metal salts are new: where one of Q1 and Q2 is H and the other is -X-CR1R2-COOH. R1 is 1-12C alkyl or 5-7C cycloalkyl; R2 is H or Me; X and Y are independently O or S. (B) Intermediates of formula (II) (see under 'Preparation') are also new. (C) Intermediates of formula (IV) (see under 'Preparation') where (a) Z1=H and Z2=XH; (b) Y=S, Z1=XH and Z2=H; and (c) Y=O, Z1=SH and Z2=H are also new. This is a divisional of 2412/71. |
