Novel aminodihalo-phenylethylamines Cpds. of the formula: (where Hal1 and Hal2 are each Br or Cl; R4' and R5' are each H, opt. branched 1-4C alkyl, allyl, methoxypropyl, diethylaminoethyl, cyclohexyl, phenyl, benzyl, adamantyl or together with the N atom represent pyrrolidine, piperidine, piperazine, morpholine, hexamethyleneimine or camphidine opt. substd. by methyl) and their acid addition salts have circulatory activity, analgesic, broncholytic, sedative, antipyretic, antiphlogistic and antitussive activities. They are prepared by reduction of the corresponding phenylglyoxylic or phenylglycolic acid amide. |
