abstract | Manganese-ethylene bisdithiocarbamate - copper complex (I). Fungicide, active vs. Plasmospora viticola, Cercospora beticola, C.apii, Alternaria solani, Sclerotinia fructicola, and Stemphylium sarcinaeforme. Manganese-ethylene bisdithiocarbamate (II) is pref. as an aq. slurry contng. 5-65% (II) (III) is used in H2O soln. contng. 2.5-16% Cu w/w (II). (I) may be vac. or drum dried at 40-85 deg./5-30 mm., or spray-dried with a gas temp. 315 deg., using conditions such that the product temp. 90 deg. Dispersing agents and stabilizers may be added. (I) contains 49.5-56% C-S, 17.8-20.3% Mn and 3.0-8% Cu. |
