H, 1-6 C lower alkyl, alkenyl, allyl, benzyl, alkylaryl, hydroxyalkyl, NH2, guanidino, furfuryl, or alkylheterocyclic. R1 and R2 together with the adjacent N can be dialkylamino, where is a heterocycle optionally substd., or an optionally substd. heterocycle. (B) Acid addn. salts of (I) and (II). (C) Pharm. compns. contg. (I), (II), and (III). (D) Compds. (II) in which is replaced by X (where X = halogen) (IV).
