titleOfInvention Process for the production of moldings or coatings from thermoplastics in the sintering process
abstract Shaped articles are produced by sintering an intimate mixt. of (I) a finely-divided thermoplastic compsn., and (II) 0.0-10% wt. crosslinking agent, which reacts with (I) at the sintering temp. of (I), and below the decomposition temp. of (II). The method enables sintered articles, or sintered coatings, which may also be expanded, to be produced with more uniform properties, and generally better quality. Most types of thermoplastic material can be used.
