titleOfInvention | Process for the production of basic dyes |
abstract | New basic dyestuffs have the formula where X is a (substituted) (un)branched alkylene residue, Y is a direct bond or a (substituted) arylene residue, R1 is a (substituted) alkyl or alkoxy residue, halogen, or a nitro, cyano, alkyl, arylsulphonyl, trifluoromethyl or sulphonic acid amide group, R2 is H, (substituted) alkyl or alkoxy or halogen, R3 is H, halogen, (substituted) C1-6 alkyl or alkoxy, cyano, (substituted) alkyl- or aryl-sulphonyl group, acylated amino group, disubstituted sulphonic acid amide group, or a residue of oxazoline, 1-aza 2-ketoyclopentane, 1-aza 2-keto 3-oxacyclopentane or 1-aza 2-keto 3-oxacyclohexane, R4 is H, halogen or (substituted) C1-6 alkyl, A is an anion equivalent to the dye cation and K is a group with the formula where R5 is a (substituted) (cyclo)alkyl residue, or together with R6 and the B+ atom forms a heter cyclic structure, R6 is a (substituted) (cyclo)alkyl residue or together with R5 and th eN+ atom forms a heterocyclic structure, R7 and R8 are H or (substituted) (cyclo)alkyl residue, R9, R10 and 11 are (substituted) (cyclo)alkyl residues, and R5 together with R7, and/or R6 together with R8 and the nitrogen atoms adjacent to these substituents, and R9 and R10, or R9, R10 and R11 together with N+ atom may form heterocyclic structures. |
