abstract |
Perinone-anthraquinone pigments. Title cpds. of formula: (where P is a perinone dye residue, R is a direct bond or a residue of formula: and n is 1 or 2, rings A, B and D are not substd. with water solubilising gps.). It is prepared by reacting n moles of 1-amino-anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid with n moles of phosgene. 1 mole of CO2 is removed to give product. For use in dyeing fibres esp. PVC materials or films. |
