abstract A syringe having two variable volumes are described herein. The syringe includes a first stopper and a second stopper, the first stopper being connected to a plunger. A first variable volume is disposed between the first stopper and the second stopper and a second variable volume is between the second stopper and a distal end of a barrel of the syringe. A flow path structure is disposed at the distal end of the barrel, the flow path structure extending from the distal end of the barrel along the inner sidewall of the barrel.
