| abstract |
Coextrusion machine for manufacturing a complex profile in which profile elements formed respectively of a first (M1) and a second (M2) rubber mixture are juxtaposed transversely without overlapping, comprising: - a cylindrical roller , - an extrusion head comprising an extrusion cavity and: o an upstream extrusion block (3) of the first mixture (M1) comprising an upstream extrusion channel (31), o an upstream profiling blade (32 ), o a downstream extrusion block (4) of the second mixture (M2) comprising a downstream extrusion channel (41), o a downstream profiling blade (42). The extrusion head supports scrapers (7) extending longitudinally between the inlet of the upstream extrusion channel (31) and the upstream profiling blade (32) by dividing the upstream extrusion channel (31) below -channels (310). The scrapers have a radially internal wall bearing on the radially external wall of the roller. |
