titleOfInvention Speaker
abstract [Problem] To provide a speaker which efficiently transmits kinetic energy converted from electric energy of a sound signal without suppressing vibration of a curved diaphragm, enables both a person with impaired hearing and a person with normal hearing to hear without inconvenience by emission of higher-volume and clearer sound, enables weight and size reductions, and can be easily manufactured. [Solution] This speaker 10 is provided with at least a diaphragm 1 that is curved in one direction, a driver unit 2 that vibrates the diaphragm in response to an input electric signal, and a frame body 3 that supports the diaphragm and the driver unit. One end side and the other end side of the diaphragm in the direction of curvature are each attached to the frame body via an edge part 15 that does not interfere with the vibration. The driver unit is brought into contact with one surface of the diaphragm, and securely attached to the frame body.
