The present invention relates to the use of niclosamide and a derivative thereof for the preparation of a drug for inhibiting the platelet aggregation reaction or preventing thrombosis-related diseases. Niclosamide and the derivative thereof can be used to inhibit the generation of a platelet aggregation factor thromboxane A2, thereby achieving the effect of inhibiting the platelet aggregation reaction and preventing thrombosis-related diseases. |
