abstract The present invention is characterized by comprising: a first cleansing step for removing foreign matter from scalp and hair; an application step for applying, to the scalp and hair, a mixture in which henna and water of 15-25 degrees are mixed in a 1:1 to 1:5 ratio, and covering the scalp and hair with an air-blocking cover for 1-2 hours for conditioning; a second cleansing step for cleansing the scalp and hair to remove the mixture therefrom; a drying step for heat drying the scalp and hair by means of a dryer providing air temperature of 60-100 degrees; and a stimulation step for providing the scalp with one or more types of stimulation from among electrical stimulation or physical stimulation for 10-30 minutes by means of an apparatus providing high-frequency or Gua sha stimulation.
