abstract | A test strip comprising two electrodes having conducting surfaces facing inwardly toward each other in a portion of the test strip adjacent a sample chamber. A pair of spacers are disposed, each adjacent one side of the sample chamber, between the electrodes. The electrodes bypass each other at a proximal end of the test strip away from the sample chamber so that the conducting surfaces face outwardly away from each other to form electrical contact areas of the test strip. |
