The invention describes a new asymmetric nickel-based complex and its method of preparation from at least one diphosphinamine B1 ligand of formula (R1) (R'1) PN (R3) -P (R2) (R'2) ), or an iminobisphosphine ligand B2 of formula (R3) N = P (R1) (R'1) -P (R2) (R'2). The invention also relates to the use of said complex in an olefin oligomerization process. |
