Anti alpha-gal igm monoclonal antibody capable of recognising cells infected with the human papillomavirus, and method for obtaining same |
abstract |
The invention relates to the development of an Igm-type monoclonal antibody (AcMo) directed against a-Gal present in the membrane of cells infected with the human papillomavirus and to a diagnosis technique using labelling with fluorophore of protoporphyrin IX (PpIX). The invention also relates to the use of same as a method that is complementary to existing methods, offering increased specificity and sensitivity, for the in situ and in vivo diagnosis and treatment of patients with HPV. |
